My Workouts

So far this year I have done two P90X workouts, just to jump start before really starting tomorrow.  I did CardioX and Core Synergistics.  I have been sore through those, but it feels good.  (Not debilitating like the very beginning of P90X in August).  Now, I love the routine and the results.  But, I am not so fond of waking up about 3 AM every morning.  I know I'll get used to it again, but wish I could sleep in a bit.  I end up shot by 7 PM and in bed by 9 PM every night.  Some nights we just call it a night earlier.  Now, some ask why I get up so early.  Well, my husband and I are both doing the workouts, but not the same plan.  And, well, I cannot wait for him to get up and still be at school about 6:30 AM.  (Not if I plan to make a healthy lunch and get my work done before school).

Well, to a new year, and another great year for our health and fitness!
